Make Mother’s Day Meal Reservations Now At Columbia Restaurants

TAMPA, Fla., Apr. 25, 2019 – All five Columbia Restaurants* in Florida are open for Mother’s Day on May 12, 2019 and accepting reservations. We’ll open at 11 a.m. and our complete dinner menu also is available all day.

Columbia locations include Tampa’s historic Ybor City, on St. Armands Circle in Sarasota, in St. Augustine’s historic district, Sand Key on Clearwater Beach and downtown Celebration, near Orlando. Please see for reservations, or call the restaurant of your choice.

Mother’s Day Features


Yuca “Brava”
Golden fried yuca tossed with sea salt and topped with a spicy tomato jam and drizzled with garlic alioli. 9


Scallops “Costa Del Sol”
Colossal scallops sautéed with Serrano ham, piquillo peppers and tomatoes, in a spiced butter sauce. Served over Manchego cheese polenta. 30

Cordero “Adobado”

Adobo spice rubbed Lamb loin medallions served with a black cherry mint sauce spiked with balsamic, sautéed spinach and olive oil mashed potatoes. 32


Dulce de leche Chocolate cake
Cuban Espresso chocolate cake, with a dulce de leche mousse and vanilla crème. 8.00

Reservations are encouraged, but walk-ins are accepted, pending availability. Some seating times may not be available at some Columbia locations. If you do not get a suggestion for another reservation time when making a reservation online, please call the Columbia Restaurant of your choice. They will have the most current information on what reservations are available.

* The Columbia Cafe at the Tampa Bay History Center on the Riverwalk, and the Columbia Restaurant Cafe at Tampa International Airport are open on Mother’s Day, serving from their regular menus. Mother’s Day features are not available.
